This unit belonged to a government agency in Louisiana since new, was running when parked over a year ago, it will spin over but not crank, the front two blade tires are off the rim and not holding air, the rest of the tires are in good shape, the back hood and seat are folding open and shutting properly, this unit is also missing the key and does not come with one, please come inspect prior to bidding!!!!
