This unit was pulled to our location without issue, unit is in great condition with no visible damages anywhere, tires are in good shape, rear door opens and latches properly, jack stand is in good condition, AC works properly, tool drawers and storage compartments open/close properly, the fold out furniture is in good condition and functions as intended, side door opens and closes correctly, this unit is in like-new condition and has barely been used. LIEN TO BE PAID OFF AT LOCAL BANK TO RELEASE TITLE ONCE TRAILER IS PAID FOR! Please come inspect prior to bidding!
