This unit was repossessed by a bank, it is in good condition, the battery is weak and will need to be replaced, although both slide outs come in and out properly, the tires are in good shape, the interior is in good condition although some of the living room is missing furniture as well as the unit not having a microwave, the awning is electric but is not operating, please come inspect prior to bidding!!!!!

Mississippi Residents – If you are from Mississippi and plan to title the unit in our State, we will have to add 5% sales tax to the high bid price and charge a $10 title fee, no exceptions unless you are dealer.  This does not apply to anyone titling a vehicle out of State, all out of State buyers will be invoiced the exact bid price and will register/title and pay any taxes/fees in his/her State!
