This unit was a lease turn in, this unit is not currently operational, the batteries are dead and need to be replaced, we were told the unit was operating fine when taken out of service about a year ago, it sat idle for almost a year without being used, steering is operational, the brakes work properly, the tires are in good condition, the seats are in good condition, unit does have a glass windshield, the battery charger does not seem to be operating properly or may just be the batteries are so dead it will not kick on, please come inspect prior to bidding!!!
