This unit belonged to a city in Alabama since new, is in fair condition and will crank but will not drive, we were told it was operating fine when taken out of service about 2 years ago. The pto will engage and spin properly, the tires are in good shape with 1 leaking air slowly, there is no major damage to this unit anywhere to mention, could definitely use a little work, please come inspect prior to bidding!!!!!
