This unit is owned by a large industrial contractor with a location in the state of Oklahoma, selling this unit simply because they don't use it, not being sold because of problems or issues, this is a one owner machine that has been well maintained and serviced properly since new, hour meter quit working and the contractor wanted a working meter on it to keep up with maintenance, not changed out to hide anything, large contractor not a used equipment dealer trying to play games, said to have between 1800 & 2000 total hours). This unit is in good condition, it cranks, runs, and operates great, all functions of the blade operate as designed, the undercarriage is in good condition, seat has a couple of tears in it, the boom cylinder has a slight seep to it and will need to be repacked soon, other than that very nice machine. Please come inspect unit prior to bidding!
