This unit is not operational, the seller states that it will need a new carburetor and will also need the fuel tank cleaned out, the tires all have no tread left, the front and rear rack are in solid shape, the plastic around the body is scratched but has no damages, the handle bars are in good shape, the seat is not in the best condition, please come inspect before bidding on this item!
