This unit was owned by a government agency since new, it will raise and lower as it should, we do not have a device to program a message but believe it to be operating properly, agency said the unit was working fine when taken out of service, the tires are good, please come inspect for yourself before bidding!

Mississippi Residents – If you are from Mississippi and plan to title the unit in our State, we will have to add 5% sales tax to the high bid price and charge a $10 title fee, no exceptions unless you are dealer.  This does not apply to anyone titling a vehicle out of State, all out of State buyers will be invoiced the exact bid price and will register/title and pay any taxes/fees in his/her State!
