This tractor was owned by a government agency in Louisiana.  The tractor will crank, run, but the unit requires starting fluid to fire up, is slow to start but runs fine after cranking, it did sit idle not being used or cranked for over 2 years, the side cutter will move up and down, but the shaft that makes it engage is not hooked up, the unit does have a hydraulic leak, the seat is in good condition, please come inspect for yourself before bidding!
