This building was purchased new in 2024; the owner began framing out the inside to be tiny house/office and has decided to go another route.  The porch was closed in and made smaller, a bathroom and room were framed up in the inside, new shower, toilet, and hot water heater were installed but have not been plumbed or wired up, there is wiring ran for light fixtures and wall outlets, this building has 3-windows, there is a new/unopened countertop that is included in the unit as well, this unit is in good condition and ready to be finished out! Please come inspect unit prior to bidding!
