This unit was owned by a local county government in MS, was of course handed down from the US Military at some point to the County, the County then used it very little at a dirt pit for a couple years and simply no longer has a use for it, it will crank/run/and operate properly, it did sit idle for almost a year not being used, had absolutely no leaks or anything before sitting idle but after we fired it up, loaded it on lowboy, transported to our place, washed, etc. it has developed a cylinder leak, common on any unit that sits idle not being used for some time, simply need to shine up and repack the cylinder, all hydraulics are working properly, undercarriage is 95+%, machine fires up immediately after hitting the starter, we replaced batteries with new 31's which are setup on 24-volt as it came from Caterpillar, runs and sounds like a new engine, the 33306 is direct injection not indirect which is a positive, unit as many military machines was used very little, if it had an hour meter we would guess less than 200 hours, if that many, common situation with these old military d7's, buy it, and because it sat idle go ahead service and lube it from one end to the other, shine/pack blade cylinders and put her to work, this is almost a new/old D7F that will last someone a lifetime, a kid or someone while it being parked at gravel pit did spray paint a few little spots (graffiti), but should come off easy, please come inspect prior to bidding!!!
