This unit was owned by a government agency in Alabama, this unit is not operational and we were unable to get the truck to spin over, the police department said these units were running when taken out of service but were parked for some time and some parts were taken off some to put on others still in service, some paint chipping on the exterior, the interior is in fair shape, the driver door panel is missing, please come inspect this unit before bidding!!!!!
