This Sedan was owned by a government agency in Alabama.  The unit will crank, and drive but the water pump is bad and needs to be replaced (suggest hauling from this location), the transmission will shift properly, the brakes are good, the A/C is blowing cold, there is a clicking coming from the dash, the front grill is missing a piece, the interior is in good shape, there is a stain in the back floorboard, the driver side window is missing a button, one of the radio knobs is missing.
