This unit was owned by government agency in the state of Mississippi. The unit will turn over but will not crank. The interior is in decent condition, the seats have minor scratches and tears but are free of large rips and holes. The radio has been removed and is missing, the front windshield is cracked, and the front passenger's window is busted out and exposed to the elements. The paint on the front bumper has worn down to the bare metal and began to rust the surface. The rest of the exterior has minor scratches and dents but is free of major damages.
