This unit is owned by a contractor in the state of Florida who is liquidating the utility contracting portion of his business, still in business running strong but no longer doing utility work therefore certain equipment is no longer needed. This trencher is in good operating condition. The unit cranks, runs, pulls in all directions, and trenches as designed.  The hours showing are not actual hours as the hour meter was replaced each time the machine was rebuilt. The belt system operates as designed and feeds in both directions. This machine along with the other trenchers being sold have been meticulously maintained. These machines were a crucial part of the utility contracting portion of the business and could not be down. The machines were rebuilt when needed, tracks and undercarriage replaced when needed, cutting chains kept in good condition. This machine will come with a crumber shoe, but it is currently not on the machine.  The tracks, undercarriage, and cutting blade on this machine has been coated with oil to prevent rusting in the south Florida air.
