This unit is owned by a contractor in the state of Florida who is liquidating the utility contracting portion of his business, still in business running strong but no longer doing utility work therefore certain equipment is no longer needed. This excavator is in good condition. The unit cranks, runs, operates, and tracks in all directions properly. The interior of the machine is in decent condition. The seat fabric has tears in it. The AC works and blows good. The undercarriage is in good condition. The undercarriage has been coated in oil to keep from rusting in the Florida air.
