This unit is in good condition. The slide-out opens and closes properly. The power jack raises and lowers without issue. The power awning goes out and comes in perfectly as well. The interior is in good condition with no leaks or soft spots in the floors or walls. The couch does have some vinyl tearing on the top portion.  This unit has bunks in the rear but does not have a mattress on the top bunk. All functions of this camper are said to work properly as well as all appliances.
