This unit belongs to a National Utility Contractor, this unit is not operational, this unit will turn over but will not crank (see video above), we were told it was running when taken out of service, unit came in late and we did not have time to check it out thoroughly, the drum does engage and disengaged properly, the battery on this unit is dead and will need to be replaced, the tires are in good condition, the frame on the unit is in good condition, come check this item out for yourself!!!!
