This unit belongs to a local building contractor that no longer has a use for it, trailer was pulled to our location with no issues, deck is in good condition, ramps are in good condition, unit has new safety chains & manual landing gear, the tires on the left side of the unit show dry aging/cracking but are still holding air, all tires have good tread, the lights are not bolted to the trailer, unit is being sold with a Bill of Sale Only - NO TITLE (never had one), come check this unit out for yourself!!!
