This unit was owned by a local rental company who is downsizing their fleet.  This unit does have surface rust/minor rust where the paint is down to the bare metal (look at pictures to see rust), jacks work as they should, dunk lever pin is broken and will need to be replaced (see broken piece in photos above), tires have dry aging/cracking but are still holding air.
