This unit was taken in on trade by a local mobile home dealer. This unit is in good used condition. The axles are all included as well as the tongue. The ac unit looks to be in good condition, but we do not have a way to test it. The floors, walls, and ceiling look to be in good condition. There is one spot with damage on the floor by the back door as shown in photos. Please come check this unit out for yourself!!
