This unit was owned since new by a national billboard company in Mississippi, we did not have the correct charger for this unit, we were told it was operating properly when taken out of service, we were not able to properly test this machine, however the hydraulic steering does work as well as the batteries holding what little charge we were able to give them, the tires are in great shape as well as all of the controls, mast, seat, cylinders, and lines, please come inspect this unit prior to bidding!!!!
