This unit is coming off a Municipality in Louisiana. Municipal was not sure of year, serial number is showing from a 1998 - 2002. Tractor runs, drives and shifts as should. PTO engages and works. Tires are in good condition. Tractor seat is in good condition with no tears.  Tractor is missing front and side panels to cover engine and headlights. Missing Headlights.
