This unit is a 1-owner machine owned by a local contractor who has updated his fleet. This machine cranks, runs, and tracks in all directions, the cab was damaged shortly after the owner purchased this unit new resulting in broken glass and some has been replaced with plexiglass, the door is out of the track on the rear and will not close properly, the interior is in good condition, the exterior of the machine is in fair condition and has some dents and scratches in multiple places, this backfill blade is bent up but still works properly, the boom is in good condition and all functions work, there is some slack in the pins on the bucket and thumb but both work great, the tracks and undercarriage are in good condition. Please come inspect prior to bidding!
