BUYER’S PREMIUM — AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE CARD ON FILE

All successful bids are subject to the Buyer’s Premium applicable to the auction.

By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges and expressly authorizes Auctioneer to charge the Buyer’s Premium associated with all lots won by the bidder to the credit or debit card on file upon the conclusion of the auction, without further authorization or notice.

The bidder understands that the Buyer’s Premium is an additional charge calculated based upon the successful bid price and is separate from the purchase price, applicable taxes, and any other fees or charges associated with the transaction.

The bidder remains responsible for the full amount of all purchases and charges incurred through the bidder’s account regardless of whether the card on file is declined, expired, invalid, subject to insufficient funds, or otherwise unable to process the Buyer’s Premium.

Failure or inability to process the Buyer’s Premium does not cancel, rescind, or otherwise invalidate a successful bid or relieve the bidder of the obligation to complete the purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

By registering to bid, authorizing a payment method, and/or placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the authorization for Auctioneer to charge the applicable Buyer’s Premium to the bidder’s card on file.

All purchases must be removed from the premises as specified by the auction Terms & Conditions.

Failure to do so will result in storage fees and transportation fees if such purchases need to be moved to another location.
